Who are we?

Norfoam Ltd. was founded to bring innovative, efficient and cost-effective, molded foam technology to the North American furniture manufacturing industry.

Centrally located in Pickering Ontario, on the Highway 401 corridor, the plant is within a one day trucking distance of almost 80% of the furniture manufacturing market.

We have a modern, well equipped plant with ample capacity to fill the largest orders. We have a skilled, stable and dedicated workforce.

A comprehensive service

Although we are first and foremost a molder of rigid and flexible foam parts, we understand the entire business of furniture design and production. We know the challenges, and appreciate the needs of the industry. We have the experience to be able to work directly with designers and manufacturers to develop a concept for production, prepare prototypes, fabricate pattern and molds, complete series manufacture, and deliver an excellent product on-time and on budget.

A complete system

Molded foam technology can quickly and economically produce parts in limited runs or mass series production. The possibilities range from simple pads to the most complex of structures.

The product is unmatched in quality when it comes to furniture built by conventional methods. Design is now only limited by imagination. Shapes, contours, qualities of lightness and thinnes are readily and economically achieved using molded foam technology.

Norfoam offers a complete service: we can manage the project at hand from drawings to finished components. Our in-house pattern and mold making service delivers tooling at a very competitive cost. We work closely with your design and management teams to deliver a cost effective solution. You order just what you need, and in one shipment receive finished parts ready for covering and assembly.
